It is a beautiful map, prepared by one of our predecessors. It shows 8 Lots for sale with information about the area, improvements, Title, churches & schools, transportation, term of sale, and much more. Names, offices’ addresses & telephone numbers of the owners/developers are listed as well.
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some of the surveyor's indexing markings & notes from various surveying projects, completed in the area. History of Chicago at your fingertips! 
For proper dating of this map we referred to our extensive archive.
