We are offering a COLOR COPY of an 1910 antique advertisement antique map of part of Brighton Park Neighborhood: Western Ave. Boulevard Addition by famous developers McIntosh Brothers, bounded by W. 43rd Street + S. Western Avenue + W. 45th Street + S. Rockwell Street.
It is a beautiful 2-sided plat map, prepared more than one hundred years ago by one of our predecessors. 
It shows 8 Blocks of Lots for sale on one side; and term of sale of lots and other important & interesting information, with the name of the developers & their addresses – on the other.  Important & beautiful plat map. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some surveyor's indexing markings & notes on both sides from various surveying projects, completed in the area. 
Size is appr. 6.25" x 7.5"; for each page. Little golden nugget! For accurate dating of this map we referred to our extensive archive.
