It is a beautiful 2-sided plat map, prepared more than one hundred years ago. It shows 12 Blocks of Lots for sale, with information about the area & photos of COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS & terms of sales on one side; and information on Taxes, improvements, Title guarantee, other interesting information, with the name of the developers & their addresses, on the other side. Also, shown a photo of West North Avenue with a tram & buildings.     Important & beautiful plat map. 
As all other our maps & plats, this one has some surveyor's indexing markings from various surveying projects, completed in the area. 
        The size is appr. 14" x 21"; for each page. For accurate dating of this plat map we referred to our extensive archive.
